Causes of Not Enough Space On Device

Causes of Not Enough Space On Device

Internal Memory Full or not enough space on the device caused by data storage and installed applications that are quite a lot. To find out, you can look at the following points.

Cache files are never cleaned – Unknowingly excessive cache file buildup can cause the internal memory to fill up. This is something that many OPPO users often ignore. At least clean the cache file once a week or once a month so as not to make the internal memory full and keep the OPPO phone stable and optimal.

File and media file buildup – In addition to cache files, file and media file buildup such as documents, photos, videos, audio, and the like also causes the internal memory to fill up. Try checking the File Manager on your OPPO phone, how many camera shots you did and how many WhatsApp media posts you received.

Duplicate files that were never checked – Sometimes the files you have are copied due to downloading or sending files many times. This is what causes file duplication. To see it, you can check using a third-party application such as Files by Google.

Presence of large hidden files – There may be large hidden files that you don't know about causing the internal memory to be full. This is what makes some users confused with full internal memory even though they don't install many applications and files.

Too many YouTube offline video downloads – Downloading YouTube offline videos can also cause the internal memory to fill up. If you think you have a YouTube video download, we recommend removing or reducing the download.

Installing large applications / games – Installing large applications and games can also cause the internal memory to be full. Especially moba games which mostly have a size above 1GB.

Not installing external memory – The internal memory is quickly depleted / full made worse by not installing external memory (MicroSD) for storing files and media files. You cannot save all files and media files to the internal memory if the internal memory alone is very small (below 32GB). You need to expand by installing external memory.

and so forth.
