3. KEEP EXCERCISING

Exercising while fasting can help reduce body fat. Choose a suitable exercise time. In the morning after sahur, you can do exercises such as yoga, exercise and leisurely walks. 

Before breaking the fast, you can do cycling exercises, cardio dance or running. 

The night after completing the tarawih prayer, you can do any sporting exercise.


4. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Sleep can be a powerful way to lose weight during fasting. This is because lack of sleep will disrupt the metabolic system. As a result, the body does not burn fat reserves effectively.
